Program Management is a core strength at Dhara Consulting Group. Our staff has managed programs/teams supporting mission-critical 24×7 enterprise-wide, large-scale systems. Our experience includes: working with multiple Government agencies and corporate sector companies to manage nationwide and worldwide database and network systems; coordinating enterprise/solution architecture teams, cyber security teams of Information System Security Officers (ISSOs), and software development teams; and developing core-business software solutions. We have Project Management Professional-certified (PMP) staff to support high-visibility, enterprise-wide projects. We have extensive experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC), managing the quality and testing of large-scale systems with Certified Six Sigma Black Belt-certified (CSSBB) team members.
Our program managers continue to be current on program/project technologies and tools. They have extensive experience managing in Scaled Agile Framework® (SAFe) 5.0 Agile environments using Jira, Confluence, and SharePoint. Most of our staff currently work in SAFe-Agile environments, and several have worked as Scrum Masters to support enterprise-wide initiatives. Our program managers are strong supporters of cybersecurity industry standards to ensure that all systems/environments are properly secure.
We continue to lead our customers to success in cloud adoption with Amazon Web Services (AWS), Azure, and hybrid cloud technologies, including the utilization of Kubernetes and containerization. All of our program managers have multiple certificates, including PMP, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), and SAFe. Most are cleared at the top-secret level.
Our architecture and Enterprise Architect (EA) certifications ensure that we standardize and organize IT infrastructure in alignment with our goals, effectively and efficiently fulfilling our objectives. We have several staff people working as Solution Architects supporting multiple enterprise-wide initiatives.
Our program managers are builders of successful teams. We demonstrate and promote strong communication skills required to meet customer/stakeholder needs, bringing the necessary strategic and tactical planning to ensure success throughout the program. We promote innovation in our activities while providing strong support for quality assurance/quality control in all our programs. Our program managers are strong advocates of quality documentation and encourage the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to document all critical processes, showcasing our expertise in developing and supporting policies and procedures.
