Mr. Sastry Dhara is the Founder, President and CEO of DHARA™. He has a BS in mining engineering from Osmania University and a MS in Computer Science from Syracuse University.

He has over 25 years of technology industry experience, both as a hands-on technologist and successful executive and entrepreneur.

He built the company from his apartment in 1997, with a sole software development project at T Rowe Price. Various customer engagements in both Private and Public sectors were actively led by Mr. Dhara and resulted in repeat contract awards.

Mr. Dhara is currently actively engaged in increasing the business footprint for DHARA™.

Mr. Daniel Hughes serves as Vice President of DHARA™. He is a U.S. Army veteran and an experienced project manager, senior enterprise architect, and information technology professional with more than 20 years of combined private sector and military experience.

Mr. Hughes education includes a Master of Business Administration (MBA), Master of Science in IT (MSIT), both from the University of Maryland. He also has his Project Management Professional (PMP) certification and is a Certified Enterprise Architect (CEA) from the FEAC Institute.

Mr. Hughes has a range of architecture and project management experience within the Air Force ISR community, White House Communications Agency (WHCA), Joint Program Executive Office (JPEO-CBRN), and other agencies. As a project manager and enterprise architect, he has helped organizations create current and future state architectures, business process analysis, strategic planning, and life cycle management for capital planning and investment control.

Mr. Hughes currently leads multiple efforts within the company and DHARA™ clients.

Mr. Craig Jensen, Chief Security Officer, has a BS in Physics from Yale University and an MS in Mathematics Education from Syracuse University. He has an extensive IT background working as a software developer, IT project manager, Information System Security Officer (ISSO), and solutions architect.

His certifications include Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Information System Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB), and SAFe 4 Agilist. He has extensive experience in all phases of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC); has worked extensively in both the government and commercial sectors on numerous enterprise-wide projects.

Has recently worked for Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Department of State (DoS), and the United States Air Force on information security, disaster recovery and solution architecture projects.

Pinal Patel is Database Director for Oracle database technologies at Dhara-it providing support to United States State Department CAEIO system and Oracle databases on Exadata. She is a committed leader with over 22 years of experience building technical solutions and leading teams to provide top notch support to her customers.

Pinal serves as a leader, mentor, and partner to Dhara’s employees, customers, and partners on the east coast. She is responsible for providing support to the government agencies for all services and products centered around Oracle databases on Exadata including production, development, test and product management of much of the core Oracle database product. Pinal also manages teams supporting customers 24×7 for singleton Oracle database and Oracle on Exadata.

Pinal began her career as Oracle developer before successfully stepping into the leadership role leading large team managing U.S. State Department’s CAEIO and Exadata database systems.

Pinal had received multiple achievement awards from United States State Department recognizing her commendable contributions.

Pinal is a sports aficionado and in her spare time enjoys watching cricket, movies, and spending time with her husband and three daughters. Pinal is a graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park campus where she earned her Bachelor’s in Information & Management Systems.

Pinal is married and lives in Ashburn, VA.
