Pinal Patel is Database Director for Oracle database technologies at Dhara-it providing support to United States State Department CAEIO system and Oracle databases on Exadata. She is a committed leader with over 22 years of experience building technical solutions and leading teams to provide top notch support to her customers.

Pinal serves as a leader, mentor, and partner to Dhara’s employees, customers, and partners on the east coast. She is responsible for providing support to the government agencies for all services and products centered around Oracle databases on Exadata including production, development, test and product management of much of the core Oracle database product. Pinal also manages teams supporting customers 24×7 for singleton Oracle database and Oracle on Exadata.

Pinal began her career as Oracle developer before successfully stepping into the leadership role leading large team managing U.S. State Department’s CAEIO and Exadata database systems.

Pinal had received multiple achievement awards from United States State Department recognizing her commendable contributions.

Pinal is a sports aficionado and in her spare time enjoys watching cricket, movies, and spending time with her husband and three daughters. Pinal is a graduate of the University of Maryland, College Park campus where she earned her Bachelor’s in Information & Management Systems.

Pinal is married and lives in Ashburn, VA.
