Mr. Gregory Gates has a BIS in Geographic Information Systems and an MS in Software Systems Engineering with a certificate in Database Management from George Mason University. He brings over 30 years of experience in systems development, systems engineering, database engineering, database administration, and systems architecture to the Dhara-IT team.

Mr. Gates has over thirty years of Oracle Database experience and over twenty years of SQL Server Database experience. He is a certified Network Engineer and a Project Management Professional (PMP) with extensive experience developing and supporting the IT systems at the Bureau of Consular Affairs at the U.S. Department of State. He continues to contribute to the management and coordination of many of the mission-critical citizen and non-citizen system modernization projects and U.S. border security projects that you and your family may depend on.

Mr. Gates has a deep understanding of Disaster Recovery, High Availability, Monitoring, Software Development, Software Deployment, Database Development, Database Administration, Data Modeling, Data Architecture, Data Encryption, Web Services, and Security efforts.

He has received multiple achievement awards from United States Department of State recognizing his contributions to the programs he supports.
