Fair Opportunity and Requests for Quotes
Contractors are provided a fair opportunity for consideration at the individual order level in accordance with FAR Part 16.505(b), including the NASA SEWP RFQ tools. All ordering activities are conducted in accordance with applicable SEWP ordering procedures and contract requirements.
When the Government issues a Request for Information (RFI) as part of market research, Dhara Consulting Group may provide information regarding products and solutions that are not yet available on the SEWP contract, provided they are clearly identified as such and are undergoing the applicable technology refresh process.
When the Government issues a Request for Quote (RFQ) or Market Research Request (MRR), Dhara Consulting Group will respond only with products and services available under the SEWP VI contract and in accordance with current SEWP pricing requirements. All quotations will clearly identify the validity period of the offer, and orders submitted during that period will be honored.
When responding to RFIs, RFQs, and MRRs through the NASA SEWP online quotation system, Dhara Consulting Group follows all applicable SEWP procedures and guidance.
