Dhara Consulting Group, Inc. has been awarded a System Architecture Review and DevSecOps
Assessment contract by the U.S. Army Contracting Command (ACC) in support of the
Joint Technical Coordinating Group for Munitions Effectiveness (JTCG/ME).
Under this award, Dhara will conduct a comprehensive review of JTCG/ME’s current
software development environment to support future modernization initiatives. The effort
includes evaluating existing development workflows, source code repositories,
deployment practices, cybersecurity scanning tools, and enclave configurations.
In addition, Dhara will assess Authorization to Operate (ATO) processes, Public Key
Infrastructure (PKI), Identity, Credential, and Access Management (ICAM) integration
requirements, trust-chain interoperability, and operations within Denied, Degraded,
Intermittent, and Limited (DDIL) environments.
