OBJECTIVE 

Dhara is currently seeking a Senior Web Administrator to join our team of qualified, diverse individuals. This position will be in the National Capital Region, Florida or possibly a remote location with TS clearance and SCI eligibility. The qualified applicant will become part of Dhara’s vital role in safeguarding our nation’s information with MPCO. The MPCO assumes responsibility for modernization, management, integration, operation, maintenance, and sustainment of the MPE capabilities, including numerous legacy capabilities. The MPCO also provides DoD-wide enterprise-level development, integration, systems engineering, and synchronized delivery of mission capabilities and DoD-wide enterprise services that support interagency, multinational, coalition and combined C2I coalition information sharing requirements. These capabilities include cross-domain solutions, cybersecurity, and interoperability testing. The MPE is designed and optimized to meet the Commanders’ critical interoperability requirements across all warfighting functions and allow access to information by authorized users. The MPE also provides users access to common warfighter functions and mission applications with the goal of a standardized network infrastructure. 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES COULD INCLUDE 

  • Support managing and overseeing web infrastructure and ensuring that the web systems comply with the highest standards of security, performance, and functionality. 
  • Develop and maintain responsive, user-friendly websites and web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies 
  • Work with databases (e.g., MySQL) to create and manage data structures and storage solutions 
  • Regularly participate in peer reviews to ensure code quality and provide constructive feedback to other developers 
  • Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and end-to-end testing to ensure functionality, performance, and security. 
  • Assist with the deployment of websites and web applications to production environments using traditional DoD hosting servers. 

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS 

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Web Development, Information Technology,  Engineering, or education equating to 8-10 years’ experience 
  • Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility 
  • 5+ years of experience working in the field, building, and maintaining web applications, websites, and systems. 
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in web administration, system administration, or IT infrastructure management.
